Community Meditations

Meditation connects us to something greater than ourselves.

It reminds us how to be calm and relax. It trains us to focus our attention and to ground our wandering mind. It teaches us how to be present and to accept ourselves in any given moment. Meditation gives us a new perspective of ourselves and deepens our relationship with the world around us.
It is my pleasure to connect people on a weekly basis with the intention of exploring and sitting together in meditation.

Free Weekly Guided Meditations

I guide simple 20 minute mindfulness meditation practices every Sunday at 10 AM ET to our online community via Zoom.

Perfect for those who are interested in starting their exploration of meditation or for those experienced in meditation who want to enjoy the energy of a group practice. Please feel free to invite your family members, friends, co-workers, roommates, neighbours. Everyone is welcome!
