I facilitate private one-on-one and group meditation sessions that help you to accomplish your personal or collective meditation goals.

As a certified meditation teacher — I am trained and experienced in various types of meditation practices ranging from Buddhist mindfulness meditation, breath work, pranayama, various visualization and healing meditation practices.

I work closely with clients on a weekly basis to support them in their journey inward. We explore a variety of meditation practices to discover which meditation styles they resonate most with and how they can most easily integrate this practice into their daily life.
